Responsibilities:

This designer is responsible for Visual Design for the Digital Servicing Team – supporting 3 agile squads.
-
They will apply visual design expertise to bring meaning and understanding to the digital experiences we create, establishing visual hierarchies of importance in order that our clients can engage more easily and in more meaningful ways with our digital products.

This person will also participate in ideation and other collaborative activities, contributing her/his/their expertise to help broaden the group’s perspective on the work at hand.
Must have skills:
-
4–7 years of experience in Visual Design
-
Strong mobile-first experience, with a deep understanding of designing content for mobile experiences (including web views accessed via mobile).

Experience designing new online banking experiences in ambiguous environments, with strong design systems thinking to define interaction patterns while balancing governance with innovative solutions.

Must be able to support bringing the new UI treatment to Online banking

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Enthusiastic approach to collaboration

Elegantly deals with complex information, making it simple to comprehend

A willingness to understand complex business requirements within the highly regulated context of the bank
-
The ability to think in terms of components and modules as well as full screens

Technically strong with Figma. Organized. provide fidelity mock-ups.
Nice to have skills:

Motion design experience is nice to have.

Comfortable navigating undefined situations

Has worked with large design teams and multiple stakeholders (Product/Business/Technical partners)

Design research

Experience using journey maps and story boards as a design tool for telling the story of the experience we hope to create

Strong presentation skills
