We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques. The Roofer will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are met.

At MAG Roofing, we’re committed to delivering high-quality roofing solutions while building strong, reliable teams. We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman who can confidently lead on-site operations, perform detailed inspections, and ensure every project meets our standards.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine roofing specifications and materials needed.
- Install roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as necessary.
- Measure and cut roofing materials accurately for proper fit and finish.
- Apply caulking, sealants, and waterproofing materials to ensure roof integrity.
- Perform roof repairs, replacements, and maintenance to extend the lifespan of roofing structures.
- Assist in concrete forming, masonry, or other related tasks as needed for comprehensive project completion.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for material handling or site preparation.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials after each project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in roofing installation or repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is advantageous.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other construction equipment.
- Experience with carpentry, masonry, concrete finishing, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or restoration is a plus.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely if required.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid license or certification is preferred but not mandatory. Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
