Precision Aero Components is looking to hire an experienced hydraulic component technician.
Ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, experienced with hydraulics and able to trouble shoot. Responsibilities will include repair and service of aircraft hydraulic components (including landing gear, actuators, fuel pumps etc.), trouble shooting, and testing rebuilt components to verify acceptable results.
Additional responsibilities will include maintaining a safe work environment, performing various cleaning and maintenance duties as required.
Experience in rebuilding fluid components, failure analysis and testing, mechanical aptitude, spray painting and basic machining skills an asset. Must be able to read and understand mechanical and schematic drawings.
Applicants must be eager to learn, receive and retain instructions and be able to transfer skills to increasingly complicated tasks through experience.
Pay based on experience.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
