Shift: Morning Shift (Must be available for Afternoon Shift coverage)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grinder to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for grinding, deburring, polishing, and finishing metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate grinding and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Grind, deburr, polish, and smooth metal parts.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with general production duties as required.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and willing to work long-term.
- Flexible to cover afternoon shifts when required.
Language Requirement (Preferred):
- Tagalog (Filipino), Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), or Spanish speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
