- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company standards in all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
- Strong data entry, analysis skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism
- Knowledge of sales techniques including upselling strategies
- Demonstrated ability to use phone etiquette effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
