Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging in outside sales activities, negotiating deals, and leveraging marketing strategies to expand our market presence. Fluency in English and experience with outdoor business-to-business (B2B) sales are highly desirable. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques, analysis skills, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Communicate effectively in English or any other language to serve diverse client bases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in business development and account management.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for expanding customer base.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Fluency in different languages is preferred to serve a diverse client base effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets consistently.
