Brownlee LLP offers an excellent opportunity for an Associate with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience looking to join one of Edmonton’s leading law firms. The ideal candidate is looking to practice in the corporate/commercial realm.
The successful applicant must have experience in corporate/commercial business law. Additional experience in real estate would be preferable as well, although not required. A significant volume of the work will be to provide corporate, commercial, real estate development, and business-related legal services to public sector clients, such as municipalities, utility providers, school boards, and post-secondary educational institutions. There will additionally be a significant volume of private business clients that will be serviced as well. The successful applicant will work as part of a team of dedicated professionals providing business legal services to a wide variety of clients. The Edmonton office will offer the successful applicant a dynamic, entrepreneurial, but collegial environment with the opportunity to work on challenging and interesting matters.
