Under the supervision of the Banquet Manager, the Banquet and Breakfast Attendant is responsible for serving food and beverages at banquet events and at our breakfast buffet.
Main tasks:
- Greet guests diligently and courteously;
- Serve meals, beverages, and wine with particular attention to pace, etiquette, and established standards;
- Provide menu information;
- Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages;
- Clear the tables;
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work environment;
- Perform any other tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional attitude and behavior: autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills.
- Good sense of adaptation.
- Ability in verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Years of experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
Availability:
- Must provide availability for shifts (daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays).
Languages:
- Bilingualism (French and English spoken and written) is required in this position, as we serve an international clientele.
