As a Job Coach you will provide guidance for an individual with an intellectual disability at their place of employment (grocery store setting). The successful candidate will be required to assist this person with their employment duties through modelling the assigned tasks. You will offer motivation and encouragement while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner to the required standard.
- This position is the Torbay Rd area area.
- Duties include assisting/ coaching an individual with his stocking rotation duties.
- The schedule is 2 shifts per week -Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8am-noon.
- A current police record check/vulnerable sector check is required.
$17.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay.
