Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks
- Construct and install wood panels for, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Proven construction experience with a focus on framing or carpentry roles in residential or commercial projects
- Skilled in reading blueprints with precision
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation (not required, but considered an asset)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics during long work hours
- Strong attention to safety
