Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our dynamic distribution team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient loading and unloading, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including inventory management and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and ensure timely order processing
- Perform basic mechanical tasks or troubleshooting as needed for warehouse equipment
Experience
- Prior warehouse distribution experience preferred, especially in shipping & receiving or order picking roles
- Experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, load & unload machinery, or construction-related tools is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse management
This role requires a proactive individual capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while adhering to safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable operating various types of heavy equipment and possess the physical stamina necessary for heavy lifting tasks.
Pay: $16.60-$25.35 per hour
