Material Prepper – Paint Department

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$18.50/hour
We are currently hiring a Material Prepper for a busy manufacturing facility in the Concord/Vaughan area. This role supports the paint department and requires previous experience preparing vinyl materials for painting.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare vinyl window and door materials prior to painting
- Tape and mask surfaces accurately and efficiently
- Inspect materials for dust, debris, or imperfections before paint application
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
- Work closely with the paint department team to meet production timelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience cleaning and taping vinyl materials
- Experience in a paint/prep environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
