We are growing quickly and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.
Position Overview
We are hiring part-time cleaners to complete Airbnb turnover cleans between guest stays.
This is not standard house cleaning — attention to detail and consistency is everything.
Responsibilities
- Perform full Airbnb turnover cleans (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
- Reset and stage properties to 5-star standards
- Follow company cleaning checklists and systems
- Report damages, missing items, or issues
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Ensure every property is guest-ready on time
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to work independently
- Must have transportation (or reliable way to get to jobs)
- Cleaning experience preferred (but we can train the right person)
Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $21.75/hour
- Part-time hours (flexible scheduling)
- Daytime shifts (typically between 10 AM – 4 PM)
