Site Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily branch operations and support overall business performance. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse, delivery, inventory, customer service, and team leadership functions while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Support & Develop Teams
- Recruit, train, coach, and support branch employees.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
Drive Customer Satisfaction
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Manage Performance & Results
- Monitor branch performance, expenses, and operational goals.
- Support profitability through cost control and efficient operations.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to regional leadership.
Lead Operations
- Manage daily branch activities including logistics, warehouse operations, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
- Experience in distribution, construction supply, logistics, or related industries preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
