· Location: Prince George, BC.
· Schedule: 14x14 rotational opportunity in Northern BC’s Golden Triangle.
Introduction
We’re hiring Heavy Equipment Technicians for a 14x14 rotational opportunity in Northern BC’s Golden Triangle. This role involves working on haul trucks, shovels, and large-scale mining equipment while supporting new equipment builds and a growing operation in its early stages. Whether candidates are already working in mining or looking to transition from construction equipment, this opportunity provides the chance to expand skills, take on new challenges, and accelerate their career.
What You’ll Do
· Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems on heavy mining and construction equipment.
· Perform overhauls, maintenance, and new equipment builds.
· Troubleshoot issues using computerized and manual diagnostic tools.
· Work independently in remote field settings, including adverse weather and confined spaces.
· Follow safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement in safe work practices.
· Lift up to 50 lbs as required by the role.
What You Bring
· Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician.
· Interprovincial Red Seal certification.
· Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel.
· Self-motivated and safety-focused, with experience working independently in field conditions.
· Experience working with Komatsu equipment is an asset.

Pre-Employment Requirements
This position is safety sensitive. Candidates may be required to complete ticket verification, a pre-employment medical questionnaire, a drug and alcohol test, and a 5-year commercial driver’s abstract.
