Are you a skilled esthetician with a passion for skincare and a knack for providing exceptional customer service? Avleen Skincare is seeking a part-time/ Full time esthetician and Clinical Aesthetician to join our team! Located in the Chestermere area. we take pride in offering a wide range of services and products to our valued clients.
Hourly or 50/50 Split commission can be also offered!
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including threading, body waxing, eyelash Lifting, Tinting, facials, makeup applications..
- Gentle Max Pro Plus Trained candidates will be at preference list.
- Perform a range of clinical aesthetic treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Chemical Peels, Micro -Channeling, Micro needling & Dermaplaning and much more..
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate services and products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to enhance their experience.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
- Upsell additional services or products to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a positive atmosphere within the salon or spa.
Requirements:
Clinical diploma or Esthetics Diploma
Minimum one year Experience Required
Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
In-depth knowledge of esthetics and skincare.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in skincare.
