GoldenBridge Care is a registered and insured private home care agency providing PSW and personal support services to seniors across the Greater Toronto Area. We are incorporated in Ontario, fully insured, and committed to delivering compassionate and reliable care to families who need it most. We offer services in English, French, Hindi, Farsi, Mandarin and much more.
We are looking for a working, semi-retired, or retired healthcare professional with existing relationships in the GTA healthcare community. This is a flexible commission-based role — no office, no quotas, no cold calling. Just meaningful work that leverages who you already know.
You Are Perfect For This If You Have:
- Background as an RN, RPN, discharge planner, social worker, or care coordinator
- Existing relationships with hospital discharge departments, retirement homes, or physicians in the GTA
- A passion for connecting families with quality senior care
What You Do: Introduce GoldenBridge Care to your existing network. That's it. We handle everything else.
Compensation:
- $50/month residual per active referred client
- Paid monthly after invoice collected
- Most clients stay 12+ months
- Refer 5 clients — earn $300/month ongoing
