We are an established notary office in the Surrey/Delta area seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage residential purchase, sale, refinance, and mortgage files from opening to closing.
- Prepare and review conveyancing documents.
- Conduct BC Online, LTSA, and other required title searches.
- Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, lawyers, and other professionals.
- Prepare trust letters, statements of adjustments, and closing documents.
- Register documents through LTSA and complete post-closing follow-up.
- Ensure files are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Provide exceptional client service throughout the transaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of residential conveyancing experience.
- Experience with Pro-Suite is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of BC conveyancing procedures and LTSA requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punjabi and/or Hindi language skills are an asset.
