We are seeking 2 reliable and skilled Lease Operator that own there own truck to join our team. You must be from AB or SK to be eligible for these positions. Must speak good english and be able to use apps on your phone. (When you apply also include details of your truck basic make model exc and year) Please reread above info before applying you must have your own semi and be from AB or SK lol These roles involve managing equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of are equipment. The ideal candidate will possess grain hauling experience with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. The Lease Operator plays a vital role in maintaining operational standards and supporting logistical functions across our operations. Must be an early starter and be willing to adapt to are apps for dispatch and maintenance. Must understand importance of a clean trailer so customer is happy with the delivery and no contaminations. We have dedicated trailer steady work a large customer base. Also openings for dry van trucks coming up. This is pulling tandem and tri axle dry vans across western Canada. Same rules apply must have your own truck and live in AB or SK ) Ideal candidates would enjoy a mix of both features some time on super bs some time on dry vans.
Duties
- Operate truck and trailers to move, load, and unload commodities
- Manage grain/Fertilizer handling processes, ensuring proper loading, unloading and cleanliness of trailer.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Perform commercial driving duties as needed, including transporting materials between locations following safety protocols.
- Assist with repairs or troubleshooting related to equipment or vehicle issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and freight movements.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies during all operations to promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating commercial vehicles in Canada with grain and fertilizer hauling.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) required.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and logistics operations.
- Basic equipment repair skills are a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills must be a early starter' If your a I start at 10 am and run late kind of person don't apply this industry isn't for you.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols diligently.
- Prior experience with grain hauling and or sand hauling is highly desirable to contribute significantly to our operational success while developing their expertise in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $200,000.00-$475,000.00 per year
