Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of sushi, sashimi, nigiri preparation techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
