We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the CARSTAR Saskatoon team. We are seeking someone who understands the automotive industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage customer files, repair orders, estimates, and insurance paperwork.
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, estimators, and management.
- Schedule appointments and keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete.
- Assist with administrative duties and support daily office operations.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the automotive, collision repair, dealership, or insurance industry is preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-first mentality.

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with collision repair management systems or estimating software.
- Knowledge of SGI claims procedures is an asset.
- Experience coordinating repairs, parts, or insurance documentation.
