Job Title: Kitchen Prep / Line Cook (Part-Time, Opportunity for Full-Time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Kitchen Prep / Line Cook to join our team. This is a part-time position (sundays and week day shifts) with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients including chopping, portioning, and stocking stations
- Assist with cooking and plating menu items during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Receive and store deliveries as needed
- Help with opening and closing kitchen duties
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
