Job Summary
We’re seeking a dedicated Service Officer III to become a vital part of our back-office operations. This role offers a dynamic hybrid work environment, structured workflows, and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive team dedicated to accuracy and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Independently process and verify customer data using advanced data entry devices.
- Review and approve source documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Manage your daily tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to structured workflows.
- Access and handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of banking experience or equivalent background.
- Strong proficiency in accurate data entry with an emphasis on precision and speed.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Nice to Have Skills:

Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
