Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist with construction, renovation, and maintenance projects by performing manual labor tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies on-site
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Support team members with tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling structures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures and regulations
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for consistent attendance
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
