Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Projects the Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the project management team in delivering high-profile strategic projects and deliverables that directly support the Enterprise objectives. To be successful, they must have and maintain a deep understanding of current business processes, be able to manage multiple tasks at one time, and be passionate about working collaboratively with a team to deliver projects on time and on budget.
By Supporting the Project Management team, they are required to:

Coordinate and support multiple strategic projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.

Work closely with Merchandising and Operations teams to align project requirements, resolve issues, and support execution.

Support the development of business cases by gathering relevant data and providing inputs for feasibility assessments.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items to ensure alignment.

Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and project documentation to support clarity and consistency in execution.

Monitor project risks and proactively address scope, schedule, and resource challenges to support successful project outcomes.

Conduct ad-hoc reporting and build dashboards to visual summaries that translate business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Prepare concise presentations, summaries, and communication updates to ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Support cross-functional communication by summarizing project updates, documenting milestones, and maintaining accurate project records.
Job Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 1 year in relevant strategy, operations or project management experience
