O'Connor RV Service is looking for an organized, motivated, and experienced Tower Controller/Operator to keep our busy service department operating efficiently. Responsibilities
Manage the daily workflow of the service shop.
Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level and workload.
Monitor technician productivity and efficiency.
Ensure repair orders are progressing on schedule.
Coordinate parts availability with the Parts Department.
Work closely with Service Advisors to prioritize customer repairs.
Assist with scheduling emergency and warranty repairs.
Monitor quality control and ensure repairs are completed correctly before delivery.
Help reduce shop downtime and maximize productivity.
Communicate repair status and delays to management and service advisors.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
Support continuous improvement of shop processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Tower Controller/operator, Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Service Manager is preferred.
RV, automotive, heavy-duty, marine, or related service experience is an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with dealership management systems is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of repair processes, warranty procedures, and shop operations.
