Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly team member to join our dynamic team at Tim Hortons in King City, Maple and Nobleton, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your ability to engage with customers and ensure their satisfaction will be key to our success.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them and suggestive sell.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store, including food handling areas.
- Restock shelves and organize displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations within the food service industry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred.
- Very strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the store.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
