We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sushi Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sushi food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a sushi cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection and meets our high standards for taste and presentation.
Duties
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Handle food products safely, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sushi kitchen or restaurant setting is mandatory.
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for sushi and providing exceptional food service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
