Description
Glass Act provides exterior property maintenance services to residential and commercial clients across Greater Moncton. We are hiring a full-time Property Services Technician to join our team. This position works a set schedule of services throughout the year:
- April to September: housewashing (soft wash and pressure washing)
- September to December: installation of permanent LED lighting systems
- January to March: snow removal (driveways, walkways, and commercial lots)
The successful candidate will report to our shop location in Moncton, NB, and travel to client sites daily using a company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washers and soft-wash equipment according to manufacturer and safety guidelines
- Install and troubleshoot low-voltage LED lighting systems on residential and commercial properties
- Operate snow removal equipment, including plows and blowers, in winter weather conditions
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site before, during, and after service
- Inspect, clean, and report on the condition of company equipment and vehicles after each use
- Follow all workplace safety procedures, including ladder and fall-protection protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to work outdoors in all four seasons, including summer heat and winter cold
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work from ladders
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance is an asset, but not required
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
