We make chimney cakes. Like, really good ones. Hand-rolled, baked fresh all day, and filled with all kinds of deliciousness. We also whip up savoury sandwiches that are just as show-stopping. It’s all about that sweet-meets-savoury magic.
As a Baker, you’ll be right in the action—mixing, rolling, baking, and building. People will literally smell your work from down the street. No pressure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Rolling and baking chimney cakes throughout the day (hello, forearm gains)
- Preparing crave-worthy sandwiches with care and speed
- Following recipes and procedures—no freestyling here
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready to go
- Working as part of a team that actually likes working together
- Bringing good energy (and maybe a great playlist)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Mix, roll, proof, and bake chimney cakes
- Prep and assemble sandwiches to standard
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Keep your station clean and food-safe
- Track production, waste, and leftovers daily
- Stock ingredients and notify when low
- Follow all health & safety standards
- Wash dishes, sanitize tools, and maintain order
- Communicate equipment issues promptly
- Pitch in on opening/closing duties
- Be guest-focused and positive in every interaction
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Share feedback on products and help test new ones
- Perform other duties as assigned

What you Bring to the Table
- Food Handler Certification (or willing to get one within 30 days)
- Previous baking experience is a big plus—especially if you’re familiar with proofing, portioning, and dough handling
- Comfortable using commercial baking equipment (mixers, ovens, scales, etc.)
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
