Logistics / Dispatch Coordinator

A well-established, local commercial construction company is looking for a Logistics / Dispatch Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our projects — connecting field crews, subcontractors, and management to keep every job on track and on time.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and route planning across active job sites
- Oversee fleet operations, including maintenance schedules and insurance compliance
- Dispatch service calls and track progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage and update project databases, records, and documentation
- Liaise daily with subcontractors on work orders, maintenance requests, and updates
- Support field crews and skilled trades with operational and administrative coordination
- Handle general office administration — data entry, filing, scanning, and reporting
- Be the professional voice clients, vendors, and team members count on
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, ideally in construction or a related industry
- A community college diploma in Office Administration or similar
- Sharp attention to detail and top-notch multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- A calm, organized approach to a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for evening and weekend work
