Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electro Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical parts and electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment according to schematics and technical drawings
- Wire electrical systems, including connecting components based on electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Install programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly processes
- Use calipers and other measurement tools to ensure parts meet specified tolerances
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide assembly procedures
- Conduct testing of assembled units to verify functionality and identify any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience with electrical wiring, schematics, and mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge including machining, use of hand tools, power tools, and calipers
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Experience working with electrical components such as wiring harnesses, connectors, switches, and motors
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly line procedures and quality control standards
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills
