**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Counter Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and possess a passion for delivering high-quality services to our customers
**Duties:**
- Weigh, wrap and tag meats according to customer preferences
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of meats and our products
- Uphold food safety standards during all meat handling processes
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and upselling additional items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of working stations and equipment
- Collaborate with coworkers to coordinate product filling and production of meats
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including knowledge of different cuts of meat
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Strong math skills for portion control and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
