Our beautiful practice is in the historic Gastown area in Downtown Vancouver.

We are seeking a Licsenced Dental Assistant to join our team, and play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care by supporting the dentist during procedures, maintaining efficient clinical workflows, and ensuring a smooth and organized daily operation. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a professional, team-oriented environment that values clinical excellence and positive patient experiences.

This is a full-time LDA position that offers health spending account, RRSP matching, free dental care, and parking reimbursement.

Monday to Fridays

8:45 am - 5:15 pm

The wage for this Dental Assistant position is $30-$35/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Please note that this is a replacement job opening.

Your Role:

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment
Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow
Take dental X-rays and digital images as required
Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

About You:

Registered and/or Licensed as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
