We are seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping projects in and around St. Marys. This role is vital in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from small-scale installations to large-scale constructions, aligning with our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate landscape construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Supervise and guide a team of landscapers, providing leadership and mentorship.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and materials efficiently.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Assist in the planning and design phases when necessary.
- Monitor project progress and report on outcomes to management.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape construction or maintenance, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and hardscaping techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with large-scale landscape projects and familiarity with safety regulations.
