Journeyman Electrician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician looking for variety in their work, from residential and commercial projects to our niche market of custom golf simulator installations.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety regulations.
- Work independently and lead apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Contribute to specialty projects such as golf simulator installations.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Electrician certification.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
