As the busiest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer in the Okanagan we at Kelowna Chrysler are currently accepting resume's for the position of Automotive Service Advisor. If you have experience and are hardworking, efficient, honest, has a keen eye for detail, a team player and are seeking a change, please contact us.
Responsibilities
Writes repair orders
Keeps customers informed on their vehicle status at all times
Recommend, sell maintenance and repair services to customers
Follow up on any unsold work
Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
Keep your work area safe and accident free
Keep service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date
Explain completed work and all charges to customers
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Maintain monthly set targets
Be a team player
Qualifications
1+ years experience in a service advisor role is required
Must have a valid BC driver’s license
Chrysler training if possible.
