Supplier Success Representative

About the Role
The Supplier Success Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with our hotel and camp partners. They are in charge of educating suppliers on the benefits of working with LodgeLink and ensuring a successful onboarding process. They work closely with internal teams to support client, supplier and other escalations or service issues. The Supply Success Team also supports our annual RFP process, participating in rate negotiation and contract administration.
The ideal candidate is passionate in delivering excellent customer service with solid communication skills, strong attention to detail, a curious nature, a can-do attitude and great organizational skills.
Position Location: Calgary, AB
This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Accuracy of Online Inventory
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the supply listed on the online marketplace
- Successfully master the front end of our online marketplace, as well as the administration portal, to efficiently build properties, rates, and amenities.
- Build new properties, update rates, amenities and overall content
- Other administrative support duties as required
Supplier Onboarding and Education
- Onboard new partners into the LodgeLink Ecosystem, including outbound requests to new hotels and camps as well as responding to inbound leads.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hotels and supplier brands
- Host supplier education sessions and presentations to showcase LodgeLink
- Negotiate rates and administer supplier contracts
- Annual RFP process
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations, billing discrepancies, and service issues
- Work with the Supply Success Team members to triage, action and resolve group inbox requests
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, administration or related an asset but not required
- Previous experience in administration
- Comfortable developing and delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations
- Willingness to learn the key processes related to booking and managing workforce accommodation
- Willingness to learn basic terminology and process flows related to inbound and outbound room rates, margins and fees
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Strong Multi-tasking ability
- Strong active listening and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills: internal & external customers
- Strong computer skills including a great interest in learning new systems
- Must be fluent in English both oral and written
