Job Overview
We are looking for a focused Administrative Assistant to manage daily office operations, client communications, and basic financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized and comfortable working with QuickBooks and Excel. This is a full time position with competitive pay & benefits. Must be social media savvy have a class 5 licence and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration: Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records for office management.
- Clerical Support: Handle daily office functions, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Basic Accounting: Manage regular cash log updates and perform bank reconciliations.
- Communication: Respond to telephone calls and email inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
Requirements
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is preferred.
- Experience: Previous office administration and construction knowledge is preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Efficiency: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
