Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Monitor daily operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in staff scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Ability to oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Leadership qualities including effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant personnel
- Background in hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with restaurant operations within the food industry sector

Pay: $40,593.12-$68,267.56 per year
