Peterborough Landscape Supply is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with premium outdoor living products including hot tubs, patio furniture, and saunas, while maintaining a clean and welcoming showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products such as hot tubs, patio furniture, and saunas
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
- Handle sales transactions and follow up with potential customers
- Support inventory management and product displays
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in outdoor living or wellness products is an asset
