About the Role
We're looking for an experienced High-Ticket Setter / Closer who knows how to build trust, qualify prospects, handle objections, and confidently guide conversations towards a booked appointment or sale.
This is not an entry-level sales role. We're looking for someone who has experience selling premium coaching, consulting, or service-based offers and understands what it takes to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest or fit our ideal client profile.
- Qualify healthcare practice owners based on our proven sales framework.
- Book high-quality appointments for our senior sales team and close opportunities where appropriate.
- Build rapport quickly while maintaining control of the conversation.
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow up consistently through phone, SMS, and email.
- Keep CRM records accurate and organised.
- Consistently achieve and exceed booking and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a High-Ticket Setter, Appointment Setter, Closer, or Sales Professional.
- Experience selling premium coaching, consulting, education, SaaS, or service-based offers.
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Highly organised, reliable, and accountable.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Fluent English with exceptional verbal communication.
Preferred Experience
- High-ticket sales ($3,000-$20,000+ offers).
- Experience using CRMs such as Close CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting, dialers, and structured follow-up sequences.
- Previous experience selling to business owners or healthcare professionals.
