Kassian Dyck & Associates (KDA) is a specialized structural engineering consulting firm focused on precast concrete and modular construction. We work with leading contractors, architects, and manufacturers across Canada and the United States, delivering innovative solutions on some of North America's largest and most complex projects.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, client relationships, and day-to-day office operations.
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and takes pride in helping a business operate efficiently while contributing to its continued growth.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
- Support the development and execution of KDA's marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social media, website updates, and marketing content.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Develop client relationships markets
- Maintain client databases and marketing information.
- Coordinate conferences, trade shows, and client appreciation events.
- Support business development activities and client outreach.
Office & Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and event packages.
- Help Coordinate internal meetings, lunches, and company events.
- Support the company with employee engagement initiatives.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team as required.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Equivalent experience in marketing, business development, administration, or client relations will also be considered.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, approachable, and customer service-oriented attitude.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and artistic
- Initiative, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, or social media platforms is considered an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
