This role involves working outdoors to create and maintain beautiful gardens and landscapes, ensuring that all aspects of the environment are well-kept and functional. As a Landscape Technician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our community while ensuring their health and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including Mowing, Power trimming, Detail Weeding, Pathway Maintenance, and Litter Pickups.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Dig, plant, and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper care for plants and flowers as instructed
- Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify issues or areas needing attention.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to safely operate various hand and power tools.
- Ability to dig, plant, irrigate, and maintain gardens effectively.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
