(Seasonal Summer Position)
Love being outdoors, working around boats, and staying busy all summer long? We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic team member to join our boat rental team for the season!
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that involves launching boats, towing trailers, assisting clients, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Every day is different, and no two shifts are the same!
Job Duties
- Move boats around the parking lot safely and efficiently
- Park trailers and secure equipment at the end of the day
- Load and unload boats onto trailers and into the water
- Deliver and pick up boats to and from client locations
- Fill jerry cans and complete fuel runs with and without boats
- Refuel boats and assist with basic boat preparation
- Tidy and clean boats between rentals
- Help clients dock, launch, and board boats safely
- Complete paperwork and review procedures with clients
- Assist with general daily operations and customer service including cleaning/detailing boats when driving isn't required or needed at that time.
Job Requirements
- Punctual and dependable
- Valid Full G Driver’s Licence
- Experience driving trucks AND trailers
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and safety-conscious
- Experience with boats and trailers is an asset
