Student, Content & Training Specialist (Bilingual EN/FR)
Pairenthesis | Toronto, ON (Hybrid) | Student Internship / Co-op
About the Role
You will create the training materials, user documentation, onboarding guides, and support content that help federal analysts adopt Pairenthesis in both English and French. This is not a translation role. You will create original content in both languages, adapted for how government professionals actually work.
What You'll Do
- Create bilingual (EN/FR) training materials: onboarding guides, video scripts, quick-reference cards, FAQ documents
- Develop user documentation for the platform's key workflows: data ingestion, plain-language queries, audit trail navigation, and report generation
- Support the design and delivery of live training sessions for federal government users
- Write help center articles and in-app guidance copy in both official languages
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure documentation stays current as features ship
- Gather and synthesize user feedback from training sessions to inform product improvements
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (communications, technical writing, translation, UX, information science, or related field)
- Fully bilingual in English and French — written fluency in both languages is non-negotiable
- Strong writing skills: clear, concise, jargon-free technical communication
- Comfortable learning new software and explaining it to non-technical users
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple deliverables on tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience creating training materials, user documentation, or instructional content
- Familiarity with government or regulated-industry communication standards
- Experience with documentation tools (Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or similar)
- Basic understanding of data analytics or business intelligence concepts
- Experience with video production or screen recording for training content
Why This Role
Your work will be the first thing 100 federal analysts see when they open Pairenthesis. You are not writing documentation for a filing cabinet. You are building the onboarding experience for a live federal deployment. If you want your student internship to involve real users, real stakes, and both official languages, this is it.
