You’ll work closely with our Management, Operations, and Sales and Marketing staff, playing a critical role in the growth and development of our company. Responsibilities:
- Assist our sales team by creating quotes and sending them to prospects in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate and provide support to sales and management
- Helping with accounts payable
- Helping create invoices and collect payment
- Follow-up accounts receivables
- Update inventory system each month
- Communicating with clients via phone and email
- Coordinate tradeshows, including all material required for the show
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service
- High School Diploma or College Diploma/Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Quickbooks
- Experience balancing deadlines and conflicting demands
- Excellent documentation and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for teamwork, problem solving, and exceptional customer service
- Must be well-spoken, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
