Must have formal training or equivalent industry experience in:
- Block retaining wall
- Installing pavers
- Rock retaining walls
- Installing soil / sod / mulch
- Irrigation systems
- Plants / shrubs / trees
- Various hand and power tools
- Skid Steers/Mini Excavators
Other requirements:
- A valid BC Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
- Fit enough to perform labour intensive work for a full shift
- Understand what tools and equipment are needed for the day
- Able to help guide and expand team members skill set throughout daily tasks
- Able to complete specific task with 1-2 other team members with little to no supervision
- Understand the order in which all tasks need to be carried out to finish the job quickly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
