Stellar Civil Construction Inc. is a Toronto-based civil contractor specializing in site servicing, excavation, utilities, grading, and concrete/asphalt works. We work on municipal, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the GTA.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Construction Labourer / Operator with at least 2+ years of experience in civil construction.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, contribute to a fast-paced crew, and is eager to contribute and gain experience across a variety of equipment and job scopes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with excavation, trenching, and grading operations
- Support installation of storm, sanitary, and watermain systems
- Perform site preparation, backfilling, and compaction
- Operate or assist with various pieces of equipment (training/growth provided)
- Load and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
QualificationsRequired:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in civil construction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with site servicing, excavation, utilities, or commercial landscape construction.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Preferred:
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – considered an asset
- Experience operating heavy equipment (excavator, loader, etc.)
- Experience on municipal or commercial construction projects

Work Schedule
- Full-time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
