Hire Care Direct is a new online platform for independent caregivers and Personal Support Workers (PSWs) in Mississauga, Oakville, and Brampton to showcase their services.
How we work: This is a connection platform, not a job posting. Hire Care Direct is not an employer or a home care agency. We provide the digital space for you to share your experience, making it easier for local families to find you and reach out directly.
How it works:
- Create a Profile: Set up a profile detailing your background, availability, and services.
- Get Discovered: Once complete, your profile becomes visible on the platform so families browsing for care in your area can see your qualifications.
- Connect Directly: Families who are interested can contact you directly to discuss potential care arrangements.
Platform Details:
- Both free and paid profile options are available.
- You operate entirely as an independent provider and manage your own schedule.
- We are currently welcoming our first wave of local caregivers to the platform.
